A "staged construction " review was conducted to addrerss exiting and rated construction for zone B51.1 the inspection was NOT to establish a Temp. CO.. Minor work is still required on fire rated construction ( stair enclosure, exit coridoor and building seperation) and egress systems (doors/hardware, landings stairways and exit signage). The contractor was informed of code provisions to complete rated wall construction, membrane/ through penetrations and rated door requirements. Provisions for maintaining clear paths of egress, door hardware, level landings and exit signage requirements. Exiting doors and means of egress into building 50 need to be addressed as these were originally exterior doors.
