Meeting  10/19/2016 DONE
A meeting with ESI and Shilo Automatic Sprinkler, Inc..
Discussed keeping the sprinklers active around the construction area. Also, discussed the need for a fire watch when the main system is deactivated. I also, told them they need to inform the fire department when the system is turned off and back on. ESI wants to limit eggress due to construction walls. Discussed submitting a new exit plan that considers all adjoining rooms and the spaced blocked off by the temporary construction walls.

Since you are proposing to remove more than the allowable amount of concrete (115 sq. ft.) please provide, at a minimum, an ESC Waiver Letter so that this project can be routed to our Erosion & Sediment Control Department.

Also, after speaking with Carl Westfall about your submittal, he said that he would like, at a minimum, to see a statement from the structural engineer stating that the demolition will not negatively affect the structural integrity of the building.
