**Lot split in progress ROS16-00075, must update parcel number and address on permit prior to final building inspection** Permit for new perimeter foundation under 2400 sq. ft. existing house that was moved from 6022 N Roe (see MIS16-00312) to this location. The existing interior post and beam foundation was moved along with the dwelling, all insulation is existing, egress windows existing or new will be installed per plans. Scope of work also includes construction of a new 576 sq. ft. attached garage with site assembled roof trusses per engineering. All openings on garage common wall of existing house will be infilled. Separate erosion, electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are reuired. The dwelling is required to be retrofitted with smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms per current code. //leg
