**(SYRINGA NETWORKS – 1ST FLOOR - SUITE #100)** Permit is to remodel an existing 7,153 sq. ft. tenant space within an existing 46,624 sq. ft. building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select exterior storefront door/door frames and replace with storefront windows, removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames, removal of select restroom plumbing fixtures, construction of select interior nonbearing walls to create offices, a closet, open office area, a conference room, a copy room, a storage room, a shipping/receiving room, a break room, hallways and making the restroom fully accessible to the disabled, select wall infill, select new door/door frames, new millwork, new acoustic ceiling, select new gypsum ceiling, select new drop soffit at break room, new light fixtures, relocate electrical panel, new sinks, plumbing work, electrical work, mechanical work and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
