(Vanilla) NO OCCUPANCY ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. TENANT SHALL APPLY FOR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PRIOR TO OCCUPYING THE SPACE. Permit is to remodel an existing 2,430 sq. ft. office/warehouse space. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work includes removal of interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frame and relocate, adding a new interior non-bearing wall to create a larger office, new office door/door frame, relocate existing light fixtures, electrical work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. Life safety passed. I spoke to Javier in pland review about the storage area above the restroom. He stated that since this permit is for a vanilla finish we would address the storage area when an occupancy permit is pulled for this tenant space.
