it is noted that the property line between Lots 15 and 16 has been adjusted. The City of Boise does not have record the property line adjustment was reviewed nor approved by the City. The City may only recognize the platted line (as depicted on Rutledge Heights Subdivision) and thus the dwelling as proposed does not meet the side setback of 5-feet as prescribed in the R-1C zoning district. the building plans as proposed fail. The remedy is to apply for and receive approval of a Record of Survey application for a Property Line Adjustment.
