The fire sprinkler system is used for story increase, for height increase, and for occupancy. To construct interior improvements within an existing 2,325 square foot shell space for an office tenant. This tenant space is located within the one story Southeast portion of the building. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, a Men’s toilet room accessible to the disabled, a Women’s shower/toilet room accessible to the disabled, interior doors, interior windows, a new roof top HVAC unit mounted on an existing curb, millwork, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department.
