Brian,

We spoke last week about needing some more details on the floor plans to help determine the scope of work, what was uploaded was just what I needed. Now that I know what the project consists of I have determined a few more items needed for review. Please take a look at the list below and let me know if you have any questions.

1 - Comprehensive Wall Section showing existing and proposed details from basement floor to roof
2 - Detailed Stair Section
3 - Joist and Truss details - to determine if center wall is load bearing, or related structural calculations
4 - Manual J for new duct & furnace install, this isn't something I can fail a pre-screen for but it will cause a delay in approval as it will be needed prior to issuance. I'd suggest getting it now to avoid future delays.

I know it's a lot, I just want to be sure we start review off right and don't come across any unnecessary delays during review. Please feel free to contact myself or a Plan Reviewer for more details.
