To construct the concrete footings and foundations for a 384 square foot addition to an existing building that is being used as a church. After the addition, this building will have a total floor area of about 3,964 square feet. Work is to include reinforced concrete footings and concrete foundations only. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the structural calculations, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The applicant or holder of this permit shall proceed at the applicant’s or holder’s own risk and without assurance that a permit for the entire work will be granted.
