Application for inspection to determine the requirements for the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for an existing 2,439 square foot building to a restaurant and bar tenant. This tenant space occupies the entire building and was previously used as a restaurant and bar. Egress is directly to the outside at grade. No new work is authorized under this permit except for minor work that may be needed to correct noncompliant conditions that may exist. Painting, carpeting, counter tops, shelves, and similar finish work are not required to have a building permit. For ventilation hoods and gas piping work, if applicable, a separate mechanical permit is required. Compliance is required with the items listed in the plan review report under Referenced Code Sections because noncompliance with these items is believed to constitute a distinct hazard to life and safety. **CJW**

I went to the job site twice, called six times and left three voice messages but could not make contact. I noted that not all work was done such as exit from Patio, panic hardware at both main exit doors or exit discharge lighting at both main exit doors.
