**(KENDALL AUTO GROUP- West Boise Professional Center – SUITE #260)** Permit to build out an existing 1,540 sq. ft. space on the second floor. (Note: 2nd floor corridor is being downgraded see attached architects comment in small documents) This permit is approved contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of a section of wall for new door opening, construction of select interior non-bearing walls to create (2) offices, an open office area and a conference area, extend select section of the entry wall to the deck above, new door/door frame, new millwork, new suspended acoustic ceiling, new light fixtures, electrical work, mechanical work, plumbing work and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
