Permit to do future tenant preparation work on a 2,908 sq. ft. first floor space. This vacant space was built under shell and core BLD14-02173. Scope of work includes: installation of new Type 1 hood, new mechanical units, mechanical work, new light fixtures, electrical work and plumbing work. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.
