**(IDAHO COALITION AGAINST SEXUAL & DOMESTIC VIOLENCE – 2nd Floor – SUITE #200)** The fire sprinkler system is used for story increase. Permit to combine an existing 1,642 sq. ft. office space and an adjacent 2,626 sq. ft. existing assembly space (BLD12-01965) to create a new total office space that is 4,268 square feet on the 2nd floor. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select wall for open office areas, removal of select wall for new door openings, construction of select interior nonbearing walls to create a storage room, a copy room and make existing office smaller, select new door/door frame, adding a new barn door at the open office area, adding vertical grab bars in woman’s restroom (Note: see if infeasible to add vertical grab bar in men’s restroom), lower existing sink counter top and kitchen to make accessible to the disabled, electrical work, mechanical work and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
