(LITTLE BLESSINGS, DBA PI BABY BOUTIQUE) The tenant located in unit #101 is expanding into the adjacent unit (#100) by removing a portion of the common wall between units and installing a double door. The door will be allowed to be locked as there is sufficient exiting throughout both spaces. The original 990 sq. ft. tenant space (#101) is a baby supply retail store that was approved under building permit #BLD16-00128 and is considered an M occupancy with an occupant load of 12 persons (Note: the City has approved the use of the 2015 IBC to determine the occupant load of the M tenant space). The expansion will be used as a parent and baby exercise room for yoga and other similar exercise activities. The new 990 sq. ft. space is considered a B occupancy with an occupant load of 14 persons. Therefore, there will be a combined occupant load of 28 persons. The unit # for both spaces will be unit #101 and unit #100 will be retired per Public Works. The work will be performed per the approved plans, attached stamped drawings and local codes.
