**(VANILLA – SUITE #300)** NO OCCUPANCY ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. TENANT SHALL APPLY FOR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PRIOR TO OCCUPYING THE SPACE. Permit is to remodel an existing 9,472 sq. ft. tenant space by dividing it into two separate vacant tenant spaces, this reduced vacant tenant space is to be 5,621 sq. ft. and the remaining 3,670 sq. ft. to be created under BLD16-03903. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of interior nonbearing walls to create an open office space, removal of select door/door frames, removal of select millwork, a new rated entry lobby door and sidelight, electrical work and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. Note: alternate approval for the elevator lobby area. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.
