The required side yard setbacks for Lot 4, Block 4 is ten-feet, the plan shows only 6-feet. This is a condition of approval specifically to Lots 2-5, Block 4.

The driveway exceeds 33-feet in width. To be considered separate driveways, they will need to be separated by a minimum 5-foot wide landscape/non-driveway gap.

Please remember that the eaves cannot extend more than 2-feet into any setback.
