(NATIVE GRILL AND WINGS – NORTH POINTE) The fire sprinkler system is used for occupancy. To construct interior tenant improvements for a new 5,090 square foot restaurant tenant within a 7,222 square foot building. In addition to the interior, a 514 square foot fenced patio below an exterior trellis will also be prepared for occupancy. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, a commercial kitchen, kitchen equipment, a bar, bar equipment, built in elevated benches mounted on concrete bases, tables, chairs, booths, millwork, patio fences, patio gates, and finishes. Two Type I grease hoods each having their own grease exhaust duct system will be installed. A Type II hood and duct system will also be installed. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. Work within the adjacent tenant space will be covered under a separate future permit. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
