**(HEPWORTH LAW OFFICES)** Permit is to remodel an existing 4,261 sq. ft. office building (1,469 sq. ft. basement and 2,792 sq. ft. main floor). Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: at basement removal of millwork, removal of a door/door frame, removal of acoustic and gypsum ceiling, construction of new interior nonbearing walls to create (3) offices, a storage room and a hallway, new door/door frames, new millwork, new mop sink in mechanical room, new gypsum ceiling, new light fixtures, at the main floor area removal of interior nonbearing walls, removal of millwork, removal of door/door frames, removal of exterior door and replace with new door/door frame, removal of existing restroom and plumbing fixtures, removal of exterior step and ramp and removal of select acoustic and gypsum ceiling, construction of new interior nonbearing walls to create (5) offices, an open office area, a lobby/reception area, a conference room, a break room, a hallway, (2) restroom of which one is an accessible restroom to the disabled, new door/door frames, new acoustic and select gypsum ceiling, new step and ramp at the exterior front entry, new light fixtures, plumbing work, electrical work, mechanical work and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC.
