**(IDAHO DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND WELFARE – SUITE 100)** Permit is to remodel an existing 16,705 sq. ft. tenant space by dividing it into three separate tenant spaces, this reduced tenant space is to be 12,886 sq. ft. and the remaining 3,819 sq. ft. will become two unoccupied vanilla suites (Suite #150 is to be 2,308 sq. ft. under BLD16-04199 and Suite #175 is to be 1,511 sq. ft. under BLD16-04200) Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frame, removal of select millwork, construction of select interior nonbearing wall to demise tenant spaces, to create (11) offices, (3) vestibules, a conference room, a work room, a break room, (2) training areas and open office areas, new training room accordion doors, new and relocated door/ door frames, new millwork, relocate select light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.
