raising pitch inflat roof for townhouse garages, detached from dwelling. Need fire wall details for new fire wall above ceiling ht., need existing separation wall detail to show what bearing width is available for new fire wall, need laydown parapet details, need elevation of which two townhouse unit garages will be affected and show no soffit at property line between the pitched roof and the flat roof to the adjacent property. Need to upsize existing roof beam in middle of garage.
