Application for inspection to determine the requirements for the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for an existing 774 square foot tenant space to be used as a hair and nail salon. This tenant space was previously occupied by “Ustick Hair Salon”. A source capture system capable of exhausting not less than 50 cfm per station may be required for nail stations. Compliance is required with the items listed in the plan review report under Referenced Code Sections because noncompliance with these items is believed to constitute a distinct hazard to life and safety.
