Description
Scope of work is to remove existing sheetrock on exterior walls to add insulation and all windows to make home more energy efficient. Note: new window in existing bedroom may be allowed to be substandard size per city policy. New window in the new bedroom will be required to fully comply with egress. Also, adding a full bathroom and making master suite from the existing family room and bedroom #2. Also, cut an opening in the wall that separates the kitchen from the dining area. If this wall is determined to be load bearing, the applicant shall engage an engineer and provide engineering to the city. All other walls that are being altered are said to be non-loadbearing. Separate electrical, plumbing and HVAC permits will be pulled by trades. Work will be performed per the approved plans and local codes. **DAF**
