Permit to construct an inground fiberglass swimming pool. The pool's concrete apron and walls were engineered and approved under BLD16-03871. The pool will be provided with a powered safety cover in compliance with ASTM F 1346. The house will act as a portion of the required pool barrier per Appendix G of the 2012 IRC. The remaining barrier enclosure will be a fence that complies with the requirements in Appendix G. The pool will be installed per the approved drawings, ESR-1142, attached engineering and local codes. **DAF**
