Fire extinguishers in building need to be serviced, additional fire extinguishers are required on the second level mezzanine that has stair access as well as second level office area (Note number 4 of fire code review comments attached to city approved drawings). Building has thumb-turn deadbolts and round type door hardware throughout, doors that are going to be in the path of egress will need door hardware upgraded (Notes 5, 6 and 7 of fire code review comments attached to city approved drawings). Exit signs/egress lighting will need to be installed to include exit discharge (Notes 8, 9 & 10 of fire code review comments attached to city approved drawings), city approved drawings were notated for recommended exit placement.
