A bond for $1760 was posted for the improvements within Sorenson. The improvements were from direction of City Council via the rezone and annexation. ACHD inspector STEVE had told contractor the work wasn't needed per their requirements so they removed the work, not realizing it was a COB/DR requirement. Sub has been contacted but it will be a couple of days before they can be back on the job site.
