New/ replaced RTU needs planning approval please contact Sarah Schafer.
If RTU is larger than the original unit being replaced engineering will be required.
Scott, this project is a change of use falling under a Major TI. I have told the applicant this from the beginning.
It is not a change of occupancy but a change of use.
Please also follow up with ACHD for and impact fees that may be due.
