Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing wall, removal of select door/door frame, removal of millwork, remove and relocate select plumbing fixtures, construction of interior nonbearing walls to create a waiting reception area, a wax room, a salon area, a break room and reduce the square footage of the core & shell unoccupied space at the rear of the tenant space, select new door/door frame, new mop sink, select new suspended acoustic ceiling, select new gypsum ceiling, select new light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. Note 1: the new mechanical RTU was installed under MEC17-00322 and was smaller than the previous RTU. Note 2: NO OCCUPANCY ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT FOR THIS REDUCED 340 SQ. FT. If RTU is larger than the original unit being replaced engineering will be required.

Scott, this project is a change of use falling under a Major TI. I have told the applicant this from the beginning.

It is not a change of occupancy but a change of use.

Please also follow up with ACHD for and impact fees that may be due.
