2-17-17 need a site plan that clearly depicts the dwelling on the parcel, specifically delineating the edge of the common driveway. garage to be located a minimum of 20-feet from the edge of the driveway. As noted on the record of survey, there is a 20-foot driveway easement as measured from the southerly property line. Additionally, the dwelling does not meet the rear setback of 15-feet.
