• Upload a site specific fire flow at hydrants letter from Suez Water or other public water provider. Include static pressure if sprinklers are to be installed.
• Existing plans on file under BLD12-00522 shows it does not have any walls in the new tenant space as shown, please provide on plans wall schedule & sections including interior wall bracing method, door hardware schedule, finish schedule and ceiling details for the new tenant space area
• If new lighting is being installed or when the tenant use changes or specific room uses change a lighting compliance COMcheck signed & printed on the plans is required
• the new tenant space was storage area per plans on file, was the area conditioned or not conditioned, if not conditioned a change in any occupancy will result in an increase demand for mechanical ventilation and mechanical plans will be required
