**(PADDLES UP POKE – 1st FLOOR)** The fire sprinkler system is used to meet high-rise provisions. Permit is to convert an existing 1,586 sq. ft. tenant space to assembly restaurant use. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing wall, removal of select door/door frame, removal of millwork, removal of select suspended acoustic ceiling, construction of a small portion of interior nonbearing wall in the kitchen prep area and at the rear dinning exit door area, select new door/door frame, millwork, select new suspended acoustic ceiling, electrical work, plumbing work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
