Scope of work: includes removal of non-bearing interior partition walls, removal of existing plumbing, removal of interior finishes, removal of all existing outlets and wiring back to the box or properly terminated above ceiling line, removal of some existing light fixtures, construction to the framing stage including rough-in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical while the plans for the space are being reviewed (Minor TI is submitted under BLD17-00216). This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. Do not remove ceiling unless sprinkler coverage is able to be maintained in accordance with the Boise City Fire Dept. BCC resolution 13535 11-2-10.
