per e-mail from Jason Taylor (see attached) not in hillside. Stand alone structure is under 200 sq.ft., no building permit required. Told him still need to comply with building code and WUI Zone B, class A roof. Metal roof specified on plan. Called Victor at Bright Star, he said possibly job will change to include attached patio cover and will be over 200 sq. ft. Told him need full resubmit if that is the case.
