Majority of damage was to roof system above garage and adjacent bedroom. Scope of work is replace entire roof system above garage and bedroom on West side of dwelling, reframe floor fir out for existing bedroom that was previously converted from garage space, relocate interior non-bearing walls to create new bathroom for West end bedroom and new hallway from existing dwelling to garage, remove/replace smoke damaged drywall in entire dwelling, reinsulate exterior walls and ceiling, new HVAC system per approved Manual J, upgrade entire electrical system, and reroof the entire dwelling. All work is to be done according to approved plans, engineering report, and current local codes. //leg
