1. Escutcheon in southwest cooler missing on dry pendant.
2. Exit discharge landing light on northwest exit did not illuminate when test button was pushed.
3. Emergency lighting in seating area and west hall not operational.
4. West emergency exit does not have discharge landing egress lighting installed, discharge landing emergency egress lighting needs to be installed.
5. Exit sign needs to be installed in south brewing area above south door leading to designated exterior ext in storage area.
6. Exit sign/emergency lighting needs to be installed in south storage area to include exit discharge landing illumination.
7. No fire extinguishers installed at time of inspection.
