Jeff, the owner of the building was in today. In visiting with him he indicated that he may have acquired enough property not to have the designed fire rated construction. I printed out the request uploaded in the documents and gave them to Jason. There were sheets indicating plans and calcs however the sheets were blank in the request letter.

I have routed this project for review and Carl M will be the assigned plans examiner.

Please make sure that we have documentation for ACHD in regard to usage fees prior to issuance of the building permit. If no fees are do please forward the email from ACHD to us to add to the file. If fees are due you have the option of paying ACHD directly and submitting the receipt when you pick up the permit or you can pay the fee to the City of Boise when you pick up the permit.

Can you verify if we still need the requested alternate?
