Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work includes: removal of select interior non-load bearing walls, removal of select door/door frames, construction of new interior nonbearing walls to create (1) office, (2) conference rooms, (2) storage rooms, (1) comfort room and a larger break room, select new door/door frames, millwork, a new sink at comfort room, relocating existing light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
