In order to accept your Minor TI application, I need the following information:
1. Revised #518 Application with "Building Information Section B. Proposed Use" changed to "Commercial Office" only and correct Construction Type.

3. Title sheet with the following:
- Vicinity Map
- Key Plan
- Sheet index
- Code Analysis, including codes, occupancy group, land use zone, construction type, tenant area. Current codes listed here: http://pds.cityofboise.org/media/1951/2015_currentcodes.pdf
4. Door and Door Hardware Schedules for new bathroom door (hardware must comply with ADA).
5. Show where the Portable Fire Extinguisher are located on the plan.
6. Lighting Fixture Schedule for new lights - list fixture type, wattage, ballast bulb type, fixture count)
7. Lighting compliance COMcheck for new lights
