If the project at 811 N 6th St is permitted as a Minor Tenant Improvement with no change to occupancy, then the building cannot be used as a residence in any way (no one can sleep in the building).

In order to accept your Minor TI application, I need the following information:

1. Revised #518 Application with "Building Information Section B. Proposed Use" changed to "Commercial Office" only and correct Construction Type.
2. Submittal Checklist #518 for Minor Tenant Improvement http://pds.cityofboise.org/home/documents/apps/500/
3. Title sheet with the following:
- Vicinity Map
- Key Plan
- Sheet index

4. Door and Door Hardware Schedules for new bathroom door (hardware must comply with ADA).
