Permit for major repair of existing dwelling due to small fire that caused major smoke damage. Scope of work is to remove all interior drywall, insulation, and electrical, plumbing and HVAC. Reinsulate existing cavities per plans, new plumbing fixtures in existing locations, full new electrical system, new HVAC system per approved Manual J, new windows and exterior doors throughout building, and reroof of structure. All replaced windows and doors will be same dimensions. Bedroom windows will be replaced with same size window but lowered to meet egress requirements. Any framing that has visible charring shall be replaced. No changes to floor plan are included in this permit. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required. All work is to be done according to approved plans, Plan Review Report, ACCA Report, and current local codes.//leg
