Compliance is required with the items listed in the plan review report under Code Notes because noncompliance with these items is believed to constitute a distinct hazard to life or property. Life safety passed. Boise Fire has also conducted inspection which passed. I tested smoke alarms, exit signs/emergency lights, and fire extinguishers are tagged and in place on both levels, Basic fire alarm system is existing.
