(MCNABB’S TATTOO & FINE ART) (4-27-17 PLAN MODIFICATION TO NOT CONSTRUCT A FULL HEIGHT SCREEN WALL THAT WAS ORIGINALLY PROPOSED TO BE CONSTRUCTED IN THE RECEPTION AREA.) The fire sprinkler system is used for building area increase. To remodel an existing 1,210 square foot tenant space for a new tattoo and fine art tenant. The existing toilet room is required to be maintained accessible to the disabled as defined by the 1997 UBC. Work is to include cutting down some existing walls to be 4’-6” tall, constructing some 4’-6” tall walls, constructing full height walls between existing full height columns, and constructing a full height wall at the reception area. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 (including sprinkler patterns) as regulated by the Fire Department. A separate fire sprinkler permit shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
