#Plan Mod 6-29-17 to add laundry room and note engineeering for previous work JAB# ***Plan Modification - 6-5-17 - Existing storage room/Basement wall was failing. Engineering has been provided to deepen the storage area and add engineered footing. existing stairs are being removed and replaced to meet code. Floor structure is going to be modified as needed; engineering must be provided prior to installation. Storage Room cannot be Living Space. Modified engineering for upper floor beam has been submitted (See Sheet "A") All work to be done according to plans, engineering and local codes. **BJM*** RH17-00798; Permit for major interior remodel of main and upper floor, and addition of 181 sq. ft. on lower level and addition of 300 sq. ft upper level addition. The dwelling will be 2 bedrooms, 2-1/2 bathrooms and will be heated with existing ductless system. Separate erosion, electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required. All work is to be done accoding to approved plans, engineering, Plan Review Report, current local codes and as approved under DRH17--00798.
