received the front page of the cert of val back from Scot (Anthony) Black. I just printed the rev cert of val out since it has his signature on it. It's been really hard getting even the front page back. See docs for the final values

tried call ###-#### about final values-left message on his phone-need to know who to send the final value to-Scott with Machery West says it was him, Dale with Icon Mech says it wasn't him. Both say they didn't finsish the job-Scott Black called back stated Onesphore NTAKARUTINANA knows nothing abot the valuations-he told me to email him the form and he will fill it out so i emailed it to scotblack@gmail.com
