BOTH TOILET ROOMS ARE STILL REQUIRED TO BE FULLY ACCESSIBLE TO THE DISABLED. EACH TOILET ROOM WILL BE A SINGLE-USER TOILET ROOM WITH LEVER-TYPE PRIVACY LOCKING HARDWARE ON EACH TOILET ROOM DOOR. THE “HIGH” AND “LOW” DRINKING FOUNTAINS WILL BE RELOCATED FROM WHAT WAS ORIGINALLY APPROVED. A 281 SQUARE FOOT STAGE WILL ALSO BE PROVIDED. THE STAGE IS NOT REQUIRED TO BE SERVED BY A ROUTE ACCESSIBLE TO THE DISABLED. AN EXTERIOR CONCRETE LANDING (4” MINIMUM HEIGHT) AND SIDEWALKS (5% MAXIMUM SLOPE) WILL BE PROVIDED AT THE NORTH EXTERIOR ENTRANCE DOOR. THE INTERIOR VESTIBULE AT THAT DOOR WILL BE REMOVED.) (8-8-17 PLAN MODIFICATION TO REMOVE INTERIOR NONBEARING WALLS TO EXPAND THE SANCTUARY TO ALLOW NATURAL LIGHT INTO THE SPACE. THE TOTAL OCCUPANT LOAD IS STILL LIMITED TO 100 BY THE PLANNING DIVISION. To convert an existing 4,089 square foot, one story building to a church and remodel it for the new tenant. Work is to include upgrading two existing restrooms to be accessible to the disabled, constructing a platform served by steps with handrails, panic hardware, emergency lighting, and exit signs. The maximum occupant load is limited to 100 per the Conditional Use Permit. New roof top HVAC units are not allowed to weigh more than the units they replace unless a structural evaluation of the roof is done.
