AN EXTERIOR CONCRETE LANDING (4” MINIMUM HEIGHT) AND SIDEWALKS (5% MAXIMUM SLOPE) WILL BE PROVIDED AT THE NORTH EXTERIOR ENTRANCE DOOR. THE INTERIOR VESTIBULE AT THAT DOOR WILL BE REMOVED.) To convert an existing 4,089 square foot, one story building to a church and remodel it for the new tenant. The maximum occupant load is limited to 100 per the Conditional Use Permit. New roof top HVAC units are not allowed to weigh more than the units they replace unless a structural evaluation of the roof is done.
