(NELSON’S AUTO COMPANY – OCCUPANCY APPROVAL REVIEW) (5-1-17 AS CONFIRMED BY THE FIRE INSPECTOR, THIS BUILDING DOES HAVE A FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM.) This building does not have a fire sprinkler system. Application for inspection to determine the requirements for the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for an existing 214 square foot booth within a 11,800 square foot space having multiple booths. The booth will be used as the office of a car dealership. Egress from this booth is directly to the outside at grade. No new work is authorized under this permit except for minor work that may be needed to correct noncompliant conditions that may exist. Painting, carpeting, counter tops, shelves, and similar finish work are not required to have a building permit. Compliance is required with the items listed in the plan review report under Referenced Code Sections because noncompliance with these items is believed to constitute a distinct hazard to life and safety. **CJW**
