We still have issues with the re-submittals for this address. Please revise the plans as noted below:

Grading plan:
1. Swale detail needs revised. 5’ of groundwater separation is required in the City of Boise.
2. Need IDWR Shallow Injection Well Form submitted for approval.
3. Remove Roof Drain Stub Marker detail as it has no bearing on this drawing.
4. Provide foundation cross section that shows depths of roof drain and foundation drain.
5. Remove Note #M as it does not pertain to this lot.
6. Provide Top of Wall and Bottom of Wall elevations for all walls onsite (see architectural plans as grading plan is missing some retaining walls)
7. Provide swale detail for side yard lot lines.

Geotechnical Engineering Report:
1. Recommendations for building on slope face. Must include stability and foundation depth recommendations based on revised grading plan.

Once revisions are completed, 3 full size copies of the plans and two copies of the reports (Geotech and IDWR Form) must be submitted for review. Let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
