Application for inspection to determine the requirements for the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for an existing 1,581 square foot tenant space to be used by a food catering and event tenant. This tenant space was previously used as a restaurant by “Tom Sweeney’s Dutch Oven Cafe”. No new work is authorized under this permit except for minor work that may be needed to correct noncompliant conditions that may exist. Painting, carpeting, counter tops, and similar finish work are not required to have a building permit. Compliance is required with the items listed in the plan review report under Referenced Code Sections because noncompliance with these items is believed to constitute a distinct hazard to life and safety. **CJW**

Remove the thumb turn dead bolts from both restraunt doors, keyed is ok on the main entry/exit.

Repair the west side exit discharge light
