1. This project is required to be routed to planning and zoning for review. Please provide site plan of overall property showing location of dwelling and driveway dimensions. Provide dimensions of remaining garage space.

2. Provide full floor plan of the entire floor. If multiple floors only required to provide the full floor plan of the level where the remodeling will be taking place (only need dimensions of areas being remodeled). Call out uses of all rooms on floor plan. (call out use of new room)

3. Provide cross section. Show existing slab, sill, anchorage, studs framing, wall covering and insulation (if applicable), ceiling, and ceiling height. If room will be conditioned show compliance with prescriptive energy code or provide RESCheck. Provide details of existing or new steps/stoop if applicable.
