Permit to expand openings in an existing (will assume it is bearing for the trusses) wall between Kitchen and Living room, add windows in the Kitchen, add door in existing opening, reconstruct railing to a half wall at staircase and remodel Kitchen. New siding to be installed with code compliant water resistive barrier and flashing as required. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required.
