To enclose a 998 square foot covered area that is part of a 6,424 square foot existing building. The roof structure above will remain. Work is to include concrete footings, concrete foundation stem walls, concrete slabs on grade, masonry exterior walls with interior continuous insulation, wood frame exterior walls with R-19 insulation, exterior windows, exterior door, interior doors, interior windows, millwork, and finishes. Special Inspection is required for concrete, masonry, and for post installed anchors in hardened concrete. This permit is intended to establish a new Certificate of Occupancy for the entire building.
