AT ANOTHER LOCATION, AN EXISTING COLUMN WILL BE CONCEALED BY AN EXTERIOR FURRED OUT WALL. IN ADDITION, THE HEIGHT OF THE TRASH ENCLOSURE WALLS WILL BE REDUCED FROM 7’- 4” TO 6’- 0”.) To enclose a 998 square foot covered area that is part of a 6,424 square foot existing building. The roof structure above will remain. Work is to include concrete footings, concrete foundation stem walls, concrete slabs on grade, masonry exterior walls with interior continuous insulation, wood frame exterior walls with R-19 insulation, exterior windows, exterior door, interior doors, interior windows, millwork, and finishes. Special Inspection is required for concrete, masonry, and for post installed anchors in hardened concrete. This permit is intended to establish a new Certificate of Occupancy for the entire building. - Provide calcs showing existing roof structure can support additional load of new RTU.
- Mechanical COMcheck uses 90.1 (2013) Standard, Building and Electrical COMchecks use 2012 IECC. All three must use the same energy code path. Submit Mechanical COMcheck for 2012 IECC or submit new Building and Electrical COMcheck using 90.1 (2013) Standard.
