• Please provide all Drawing plans to scale on minimum 18” x 24” size sheets and uploaded into the “Drawings” file. Architectural stamped and signed by an Idaho licensed architect. Please see our ePlan submittal standards found at our website at http://pds.cityofboise.org/media/105041/electronicstandards.pdf
• Please provide all small documents (8 ½ x 11) uploaded into the “Documents” file
• Please provide a site specific fire flow at hydrants letter from Suez Water or other public water provider. Include static pressure if sprinklers are to be installed and uploaded in the small documents file
• Please provide Planning & Zoning letter(s) of approval and uploaded in the small documents file
• You have stated on the checklist a Building permit number for the vicinity map and the code analysis, as this is a new permit please provide a cover sheet with the vicinity map and code analysis required on a minimum 18 x 24” and upload into the Drawing file
• Site map provided is on an 8 ½ x 11 plan sheet Please provide the site map on a minimum 18 x 24” plan sheet (signed, stamped and dated by an Idaho licensed architect) and upload into the Drawing file

• Please provide Electrical Plans to Show the location of inverters on site plan and manufactures specs which show it is a listed product

o Conduit material (non-metallic, EMT, etc.).
o Over current device ratings.
o Existing and new panel amperage ratings
o Series and parallel configuration of the module connections.
o Wiring diagram including wire size and type showing the connection of the supply from the solar array to the point of connection
o Calculations demonstrating that the existing bus capacity and main disconnect will not be overloaded by the additional solar photovoltaic supply.
• Please provide manufacturer’s cut sheets, installation instructions and listing information for modules, racks, combiner boxes, DC disconnects, inverters and any other PV equipment associated and uploaded in the small documents file
