(THE FOWLER - SIGNS) (CSN17-00127) To install a series of LED illuminated pan channel letters with acrylic faces at the edge and on top of an existing canopy on the Northeast side of the building. Letters will be pin mounted to the supporting raceway. The “PARKING” sign will have a total area of about 3.6 square feet with no letter more than .5 square feet (9 inches tall). “THE FOWLER” sign will have a total area of about 7.0 square feet with no letter more than 1 square foot (10.5 inches tall). To install a 7 feet tall by 2 feet 2 inches wide free standing LED illuminated parking kiosk (monument sign) with a concrete footing and steel support column on the sidewalk near the Northwest corner of the building. To install two 10 square foot LED illuminated sign with polycarbonate faces flag mounted and projecting 3.5 feet from the wall of the building near the Northwest corner of the building on the alley side. The support structure will be a horizontal tube steel member welded to a steel mounting plate that will be attached to the wall with screws. To install a 2 square foot non-illuminated vinyl blade sign having an aluminum tube frame attached to the underside of an existing canopy using screws. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the attachment details, and with all applicable codes and ordinances.
