(D.L. EVANS BANK - SIGNS) (CSN17-00143) To remove a series of letters that are face mounted to the North (Overland) and West (Vista) building elevations and to replace them with new signs. To install two signs (one sign will be mounted on the North elevation of the building and one sign will be mounted on the West elevation of the building) consisting of a series of internally LED illuminated pan channel letters and logo with acrylic faces having a total area of about 50 square feet for the West (Vista) sign and about 70 square feet for the North (Overland) sign (with no letter more than 5 square feet) mounted to a raceway that will be surface mounted to an exterior wall with lag bolts. To reface an existing 50 square feet monument sign at the North (Overland) entrance to the parking lot. The alteration is limited to a new face only. To modify an existing monument sign at the West (Vista) entrance to the parking lot increasing its area from about 50 square feet to about 66 square feet and decreasing its height by about 12 inches to about 12.5 feet tall. A new internally illuminated cabinet and a new electronic message center will be installed. Special Inspection is required for welding. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the attachment details, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. **CJW**
